This passage from John 3:16, perhaps the most memorized verse in all the Bible, is the cornerstone of the World Bible School ministry. God's love is powerful. This same love motivates God's children to share His gospel - the good news of a promised home in Heaven.

World Bible School began in the 1950's as a way to encourage members of the armed services stationed overseas. Along the way, these free correspondence courses have gained popularity and are now sent to 141 countries around the globe. Access is no longer limited to postal mail, but students can now study God's word via e-mail and through the WBS website, www.wbschool.org

Some of the teachers are as young as 12 years old, but are already demonstrating their willingness to apply their time helping others enjoy a more fulfilled life - a life that is centered around Jesus Christ and His teachings. overseas. At the Pikes Peak congregation, we have many teachers eager to share God's word. We also have a very dedicated support staff who works diligently to see that lessons are processed correctly, and mailed out in a timely manner.  In only 14 years, over 20,000 lessons have been sent to students in the USA, Canada, the Philippines, India, and many countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

and then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
